Position Title: Human Resources Coordinator      

Location: Juneau or Sitka - Remote or Hybrid work possibilities 

Pay: $30.00 - 35.00 Per Hour

Schedule: 8-5 M-F

Term: Temporary or Permanent depending on availability

Job Duties - Human Resources Coordinator      

• Assists with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the employee
  

• Support onboarding and new hire orientation and manage HR information systems data for accuracy
  

• Work with recruiting teams to assist them with learning recruitment management systems and other
  

• Support the HR team in maintaining employee data
  

• Assist in communicating, interpreting, and supporting employees regarding policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Associate degree and/or a minimum of 1-3 years in Human Resources.
  
• MS Office knowledge
  
• Knowledge of tourism industry preferred
