Operate food preparation and cooking stations, including equipment. Ensure the line is fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Support other cooks. Ensure orders go out as requested. Perform duties in a responsible manner to ensure customer satisfaction.   Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure prompt and professional service by following the Fat Family Restaurant Group’s mission and vision. Wash, clean and sort food products. Chop, grind, cut, prepare and marinate meats for cooking. Mix and/or blend ingredients. As directed. Stock meats, vegetables and noodles as needed. Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area. Responsible for preparation of food assigned by the chef or sous chef. Review food items that are available daily to determine items to be prepared. Ensure orders are served in a timely manner. Assist in the breakdown of leftovers including labeling and storage as directed. Assist other stations when needed. Clean and maintain station, refrigerators and freezers. Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties. Complete all daily duties on daily task list or assigned by chef. Adhere and ensure safety and sanitation standards. Compliance of health inspection codes, and practice FDA HACCP system. Perform all other duties assigned by management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Physical Requirements: Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
