Join a labor and employment law practice as a partner focused on environmental workplace safety. You will advise companies on compliance and represent clients in permitting matters and challenges involving the EPA.
Advise company clients on environmental workplace safety regulations and compliance.
Handle environmental permitting matters and respond to challenges within the EPA.
Build and grow a practice through an established portable book of business appropriate to the partner track.
At least 10 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on workplace safety regulations.
Experience handling permitting and EPA challenges.
Prior experience at an AmLaw firm or boutique law firm.
A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Portable business to support consideration for an income or equity partner position.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
The stated salary range is $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Partner compensation is available through income and equity partner tracks.
Fully remote within the United States.
