LEONI is seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive profitable growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.

As Head of Sales Management, you will lead our commercial strategy, customer engagement, business development, and sales execution while building a culture of accountability, commercial excellence, customer focus, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and achieve commercial objectives across the region
• Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers and partners

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive sales, account management, or commercial leadership experience
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth and winning new business in a complex B2B environment
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and executive-level engagements
• Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, pricing, contracts, claims management, and risk mitigation
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into measurable results
• Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations in a global environment
• Advanced communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
