House Cleaner / Housekeeper — Ashland, MA 

$18/hour Guaranteed + Tips | Paid Training | Weekly Pay

No cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our proven cleaning process. Bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. 

What we offer 

• Guaranteed pay of at least $18/hour, before tips, paid weekly.

• PTO for vacation, sick days, or personal needs—earn one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours per year.

Schedule and location 

This is a full-time position, with availability needed Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We understand that life happens and can discuss occasional scheduling needs. 

Report to our office at 25 W. Union Street, Ashland, MA, for your shifts. You’ll travel with your team from the office to customers’ homes. 

What you’ll do 

• Clean customers’ homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces. 
• Follow our cleaning process and work with your teammates to deliver thorough, consistent results. 
• Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with care and respect. Make customers happy. 

What you’ll need 

• Reliability and the ability to report to our Ashland office. 
• Ability to perform active cleaning work, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead. 
• Friendly communication with customers and teammates. Bilingual skills are welcome. 
• Authorization to work in the United States. We participate in E-Verify. 
• Completion of a background check.

Team leads drive our company vehicle and help coordinate the cleaning team. A valid driver’s license is required for that role. Team-lead earnings can reach $23/hour including wages and tips. Tips vary and are not guaranteed.
