Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns Communicating recommended services and timelines clearly Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate repairs Keeping customers updated throughout the service process Preparing and managing repair orders Explaining completed work and associated costs Building lasting relationships with customers   What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
