Job Details: Job Location: Grapevine (4051),TX - Grapevine, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Installation - Maint - Repair, Summary/Purpose The ECO Inspector is responsible to check the ECO process rework and make sure the ECO complies with requirements. Principle Accountabilities and Duties Check solder rework based on rework/repair requirement. Perform inspection and check for CID Check for excessive flux residue and solder and clean MB. Check for cold and short solder pads. Check for Solder Bridge. Check for shifted pads and pins. Check for correct polarity. Check engineering rework is updated to the required level and revision. Check label is correct. Make sure the MB is clean before moving to the next station. Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement. Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day. Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily. Follow 5S standard. Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive. This is including the punctuality from break and personal matter. When required, work assignment can changed based on project needs like inspection, testing, data input. Qualifications: Competencies Required Understanding about solder quality. Requires the physical ability to lift 10 pounds Able to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes. Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently. Knowledge using MS Excel to read instructions. Other Personal Skills Required  Attention to details. Customer Service focus and a team player. Reading Comprehension - Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas.  SMS’s Competencies Shows determination to achieve excellent results.  Good attendance and work OT when it is required.
