Orangetheory Fitness Madison is looking for a reliable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our front desk sales team!
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn't mind getting an early start to their day.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with member check-ins and class bookings.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and membership inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
- Support daily studio operations and work as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and consistently available for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Interest in health and fitness is a plus.
