Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – in-home ABA, Honolulu area

Step Ahead ABA is hiring certified RBTs across the Honolulu area. Every family we serve has a dedicated care manager, a BCBA is assigned before you start, and schedules are built around the family's real week. We match you with clients whose schedules fit yours – mostly after-school afternoons and early evenings.

Pay: $30/hour for direct therapy; $16/hour for training and required meetings. Part-time, flexible hours, in-home sessions near you.

What you'll do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following a treatment plan written by your BCBA
• Collect session data and submit notes
• Get supportive supervision and real feedback – not just a signature

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (BACB)
• Reliable transportation
• Availability for weekday afternoon/evening sessions
