Job Details: Job Location: Chula Vista Resort - Wisconsin Dells, WI, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Category: Hospitality - Hotel, Welcome patrons, seat them at tables or in lounge, and help ensure quality of facilities and service. •    Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls. •    Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings. •    Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. •    Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features. •    Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup. •    Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed. •    Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages. •    Prepare cash receipts after establishments close, and make bank deposits. •    Provide guests with menus. •    Receive and record patrons' dining reservations. •    Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, to respond to complaints, or to make conversation. •    Supervise and coordinate activities of dining room staff to ensure that patrons receive prompt and courteous service. •    Take and prepare to-go orders. Weekends needed  - Full and Part Time  Qualifications: Job Qualifications: Experience: Preferred- 1 year experience working in a restaurant Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be trainable and take instruction to learn position. Have a good attitude toward job as well as guests. Must always appear polite, concerned, with best guest interest in mind. Physical Requirements: *Must be able to lift 20lbs. Body Positions: Standing for an extended period of time. Body Sense: Have full use of eyes and ears, full power of speech. Body Movements: Walking, turning head and torso, bending arms, wrists, and fingers. Mental Requirements: Mathematics: Must be able to do routine math calculations.
