LTC Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for our skilled nursing rehabilitation team in Quincy, MA. Help residents build the physical skills needed for daily life, providing individualized treatment under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prescribed interventions that support residents' mobility and recovery goals.

• Lead strengthening exercises, balance activities, and endurance training within established treatment plans.

• Help residents practice walking, moving in bed, and transferring safely between surfaces.

• Reinforce proper use of assistive devices and follow each resident's medical precautions.

• Observe changes in function, discomfort, and activity tolerance, keeping the supervising PT informed.

• Complete timely treatment notes and coordinate with nursing and therapy colleagues to support consistent mobility assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license.

• Ability to carry out treatment plans with attention to individual abilities and safety needs.

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.

• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.
