Join LTC Therapy Services as a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant in Lowell, MA. In this skilled nursing rehabilitation role, you'll help residents practice essential movements, build activity tolerance, and work toward recovery goals established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatments outlined in residents' individualized physical therapy plans of care.

• Guide therapeutic exercises that address strength, balance, and endurance.

• Work on walking, bed mobility, and transfers with assistance tailored to each resident's needs.

• Reinforce safe movement techniques and proper use of prescribed mobility devices.

• Monitor comfort, fatigue, and functional performance, reporting changes to the supervising PT.

• Maintain clear treatment documentation and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support daily mobility routines.

Qualifications
