Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Maple Leaf in Manchester, NH. Support skilled nursing residents as they regain everyday abilities, using practical activities and individualized instruction under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver planned occupational therapy interventions that support each resident's daily living goals.

• Practice dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting with residents, providing appropriate assistance and cueing.

• Guide prescribed activities to strengthen upper-extremity function, coordination, and tolerance for daily tasks.

• Reinforce adaptive equipment use and techniques that make routines safer and more manageable.

• Keep the supervising OT informed of progress, treatment responses, and changes in assistance needs.

• Document sessions promptly and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to encourage consistent use of therapy strategies.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.
