Job Details: Job Location: 4750 118TH AVE N - CLEARWATER, FL, Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00Hourly, Position Summary:  Supervises the day-to-day operations and inspection. In addition to managing the Inspectors; ensures that the quality of the product being received and shipped meets customer expectations by performing the following duties. Responsibilities Inspects incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Acts as liaison between Purchasing, Quality Control and department leads regarding non-conformance, missing or misplaced materials Ensures MTRs, COCs, & DMRs are received and filed or attached in ERP system via Company policy Assists Inspectors as needed, including preparation and verification of specs, instruments, and supplies Evaluates the skills and knowledge level of Inspectors and calls out training opportunities Reviews equipment calibration, validation and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and timely Assists with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality management System Performs audits to check compliance with Quality procedures Produces and tracks other metrics as directed by Management Performs other duties as directed by Management Qualifications: Competencies & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required Experience in a manufacturing environment and quality assurance Intermediate working knowledge of an ERP system Familiarity with ISO standards and experience assisting with ISO audit preparation and compliance activities is preferred. General knowledge of precision measuring tools Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and seek out new skills Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Ability to read, interpret, and explain all types of assembly and material prints  Self-motivated and able to work within tight deadlines Extremely organized, acute attention to detail, and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Ability to adapt to the work environment, deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, while promoting a positive outlook Required to wear PPE at all times while on production floor Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and remain on feet for long periods of time Extremely dependable; consistently at work and on time (notifies if late or absent prior to being late or absent), follows instruction, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Excellent team member; driven to contribute to the team effort Good communication skills, both written and verbal Continuously seeking and implementing methods to increase product quality, customer service, and company efficiency Displays a positive attitude Ambitious, outgoing, loyal and dynamic Respect for the Company’s resources; treats company equipment, funds, time and co-workers with respect
