<h1>How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:</h1>New hire sign on bonus of up to $30,000 and up to $7,000 in relocation assistance is available. HOURS: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Sat am clinic rotation The Radiologic Technologist Outpatient performs diagnostic imaging procedures in ambulatory and practice-based settings. This role utilizes specialized equipment and clinical judgment to produce high-quality images while supporting efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.

The Radiologic Technologist Outpatient<ul><li>Supports Carilion Clinic’s hallmarks of service excellence and quality in all job responsibilities.</li><li>Performs diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic equipment in outpatient settings.</li><li>Assesses patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure safe and appropriate care.</li><li>Positions patients and operates imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.</li><li>Utilizes PACS, RIS, and electronic medical record systems for documentation and workflow.</li><li>Collaborates with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.</li><li>Participates in training and orientation of students and staff.</li><li>Maintains a safe environment and adheres to radiation safety standards.</li><li>Manages workflow independently and prioritizes patient care needs in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Maintains confidentiality and complies with regulatory and organizational standards.</li></ul>

<h1>What We Require:</h1>Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology required. Experience: None. Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: ARRT registry required. Virginia state license required for ambulatory settings. Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required. Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks in an outpatient environment. Compensation Range:$23.97 - $35.96Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
