Job Details: Job Location: Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center - Natick, MA, Salary Range: $40.00 - $50.00Hourly, Job Category: Nursing, OBRA MDS Nurse (RN or LPN) – Full Time   Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118 bed skilled nursing facility located in Natick, MA, is looking for an OBRA MDS Nurse to join our team. Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center has been deeply rooted in the MetroWest community for over 25 years with a reputation for providing high quality care. This facility is situated in a beautiful setting with modern updates to the property and state of the art short term rehab unit and therapy gym.   Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities and Standards   Complete assigned OBRA MDS for LTC residents Manage MDS OBRA schedule Educate the staff as needed to ensure understanding and follow through of necessary assessments and documentation needs. Assist in ensuring completion of MDS’s in a timely manner. Communicate concerns regarding care to the Unit Managers and work together to determine needs. Schedule Care Plan Meetings and communicate with patients/residents’ families and Interdisciplinary Team members regarding schedule. Record transmissions and audit for correctness. Correct errors and re-transmit when indicated. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts. Working knowledge of MDS 3.0 RAI, OBRA guidelines and PDPM. Experience with Point Click Care strongly preferred along with experience with Microsoft Office products. Ability to deal tactfully with team members, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/staff, and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.   Working at non-profit Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corporation is a meaningful and rewarding experience.
