Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Pelham, AL, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Distribution - Shipping, POSITION SUMMARY:   This position is critical in maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory and all other items associated with material handling. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:  •    Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. •    Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units. •    Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. •    Documents product shipment by recording units shipped and other required documentation •    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  •    Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. •    Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products. •    Perform and report cycle counts •    Calls to arrange transportation for shipments leaving •    Takes pictures of shipments leaving •    Fills in for pick ups in company truck as needed (health card required) •    Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. •    Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. •    Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables. •    Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately. •    Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. •    Maintains warehouse and inventory areas in a clean and organized manner. •    Saturdays may be required as shipments are completed. •    Any other required duties as defined by their supervisor.    ATTRIBUTES: What are the Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities for this position?  •    A desire to be the most efficient as possible •    Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job •    Self-motivated •    Safety oriented •    Willing to learn and grow with the company •    Goal Driven •    Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock •    Receiving, stocking, and stacking •    Pulling, packing, and loading •    Good written and verbal communication skills •    Strong sense of time organization and urgency •    Able to work independently and within a team  Physical Demands include, but are not limited to: •    Access all areas within a site which could include heights, confined spaces, climbing ladders or stairs.  •    Will be working at times in office environment but mainly in a manufacturing environment. •    The employee will be exposed to the following working conditions:  Extreme Heat and Cold, Noise, Vibration, Oils, and Atmospheric Conditions such as Dust, Fumes, and Mineral Particles. •    The employee will be required to perform the following actions (from time to time): Standing, walking, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, talking, seeing, hearing and sitting. •    Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed       Qualifications:
