We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our nursing services department. The Director of Nursing plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional resident care, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and direction for all nursing services within the community
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-focused care
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts for nursing personnel
• Coach, mentor, and support nurses and clinical team members in their professional growth
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes
• Monitor clinical programs, quality measures, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Develop and implement plans that promote continuous improvement in resident care and services
• Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

What We're Looking For

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive positive outcomes
