We’re hiring across several roles, and our team will help match you with the opportunity that aligns best with your experience. Opportunities Available:

• Teachers (Special Education, TOD, and related instructional roles)
• Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides
• Behavior Technicians (BTs) – clinic-based roles with training provided

Compensation:

(All ranges based on experience, education, background, and certification)

• Teachers: $61,000 – $80,000 annually
• Paraprofessionals: $19.50-$22.00/hour
• Behavior Technicians (BTs): $21.00 – $28.00/hour

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals with experience in education, behavioral health, or working with children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• For BT roles: willingness to learn and be trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
