This position supports accurate customer billing by entering pricing agreements into AS400, managing pricing queues, and maintaining weekly fuel surcharge updates. Responsibilities include working with the Pricing Team to resolve agreement issues and auditing invoices to identify recurring entry errors and billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of AS400, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. LTL rating and pricing experience is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter customer pricing into AS400 from pricing agreements
• Work AS400 queues: Short Pay, Coding, 7, and AHUA
• Work with Pricing Team on issues regarding pricing agreements
• Manage weekly fuel surcharge updates and monitor for fuel billing issues
• Audit invoices to identify recurring entry errors and billing anomalies

Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements

• Experience with LTL rating and pricing preferred.
• Working knowledge of AS400.

• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a member of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
