Join a customer-facing engineering team delivering production-ready voice AI solutions, from early prototypes through deployment and scale. You will work across engineering, product, and customer success to turn customer needs into reliable implementations and improvements to the platform.
Lead end-to-end customer projects, communicate progress and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Design and build voice AI solutions using effective LLM prompting techniques.
Develop full-stack integrations in Python and JavaScript with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
Partner with sales to gather requirements, prototype demos, and present technical designs.
Scope work, resolve delivery blockers, and provide clear project updates.
Turn repeatable implementation patterns into tools and platform components that can serve multiple customers.
Share customer feedback and recommendations with product and go-to-market teams.
At least 5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
Experience delivering customer projects at venture-backed startups or a strong record of progression in a larger technology company.
Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.
Hands-on experience with voice AI and production LLM prompting, plus strong distributed systems knowledge and a record of writing production-grade code.
Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership, with a computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering degree or equivalent fundamentals.
Base salary is $215,000 to $290,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
