We’re looking for a dedicated professional to serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and foundations, ensuring access to essential medications regardless of patients’ financial limitations.

Key Requirements:
✔ Proficiency in English
✔ Previous experience in customer service 

Main Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate assistance for patients with high copays or financial constraints
🔹 Process applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs
🔹 Maintain frequent communication with physicians, patients, and pharmacy staff
🔹 Educate and guide on program eligibility and application requirements
🔹 Accurately document and track each case using the CPR+ platform
