The US Gastrointestinal business is in a decisive phase: rebuilding market leadership, installing a data-driven operating rhythm, elevating customer relationships to the C-suite level, and preparing for a multi-year pipeline of launches.
This role is the force multiplier who makes that agenda run: a trusted right hand to the US GI business leader who owns the operating cadence of the business, drives strategic initiatives from concept to implementation, and represents the business leader with executives and customers when needed.
1. Strategy & Executive Enablement
Act as strategic advisor and execution engine for the business leader's agenda — translating enterprise priorities into regional execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
2. Sales Support & Commercial Operations
Own the machinery that turns field activity into a reliable number — and continuously improve it.
