Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join a dedicated care team supporting a hospice client in McKinney, Texas.

We are building a reliable team to provide continuous care, comfort, and assistance in the client's home. This opportunity is ideal for a caregiver who is confident providing hands-on personal care and understands the needs of clients with significant mobility limitations.

Candidates with experience caring for hospice patients, bed-bound individuals, or clients requiring extensive daily assistance are strongly preferred. Hindi-speaking caregivers are encouraged to apply to help support clear communication and a familiar, comfortable care environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide personalized assistance to help maintain the client's comfort, dignity, and safety throughout each shift. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing incontinence care and changing briefs as needed
• Repositioning the client and assisting with mobility
• Helping with transfers and other hands-on personal care needs
• Preparing meals and providing feeding assistance when necessary
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and attentive supervision
• Monitoring the client's condition and promptly reporting changes or concerns to the appropriate agency staff
• Following the established plan of care and agency guidelines
• Communicating and coordinating with the client's family, hospice professionals, and fellow caregivers
• Supporting continuity of care through dependable attendance and clear communication

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking caregivers who understand the importance of compassionate, consistent care for clients with complex needs.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Experience with hospice, bed-bound, or high-assistance clients strongly preferred
• Comfort providing hands-on personal care and hygiene assistance
• The ability to assist with repositioning, mobility, and daily living activities
• A patient, respectful, and compassionate approach
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and commitment to scheduled shifts
• The ability to follow care instructions and agency policies
• Reliable transportation to and from the client's home
• Hindi-speaking ability is a plus
