Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking dependable, compassionate, and experienced Hindi-speaking caregivers to provide personalized care for a hospice client in McKinney, Texas.

We are building a dedicated team to provide continuous 24/7 care in the client's home. Hindi-speaking ability is strongly preferred to support clear communication, familiarity, and comfort for the client.

This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others, comfortable providing hands-on personal care, and committed to treating every client with dignity, kindness, and respect.

What You'll Be Doing

Caregivers will assist with the client's daily needs and comfort according to the established care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance
• Helping with repositioning, mobility, and transfers
• Providing hands-on personal care with patience and respect
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
• Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
• Observing the client's condition and reporting significant changes or concerns
• Following the client's care plan and instructions
• Communicating with family members, hospice professionals, and fellow caregivers
• Working collaboratively with the care team to support consistent 24/7 coverage

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and confident providing hands-on care to clients with significant care needs.

Qualifications include:

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• Hindi-speaking ability strongly preferred
• Hospice or high-acuity caregiving experience is a plus
• Experience caring for bed-bound or highly dependent clients preferred
• Comfortable assisting with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
• Patient, respectful, attentive, and professional
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team of caregivers
• Availability for scheduled daytime or overnight shifts
