Saratoga Medical is hiring Nursing Supervisors for onsite opportunities in Bemidji, Minnesota. This is a contract opportunity at a long-term care facility serving veterans, with a possible extension.

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and daily nursing operations.

Opening:

• Nursing Supervisor – 1 position

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted Minnesota RN license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• 3+ years of long-term care nursing experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or charge role

• Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 483 and Minnesota long-term care rules

• Ability to pass the Minnesota DHS background study and criminal background check

• TB screening and immunizations

Schedule: 40 hours/week onsite, plus on-call and after-hours consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs/TMAs

• Handle staffing assignments, rounding, and changes in residents' conditions

• Maintain survey readiness and plans of correction

• Monitor high-risk areas, including falls and pressure injuries

• Complete incident reporting under the Vulnerable Adults Act

• Transfer knowledge to permanent staff
