We need a Project Manager who turns signed contracts into finished kitchens, bathrooms, basements and decks: on time, on budget, and done right.

Pay structure

Total pay of about $85K to $120K for a proven PM.

·         Base salary: $70,000 to $95,000 depending on experience + performance bonus

What you'll do

·         Run multiple jobs at a time, from contract to close-out

·         Take over from sales, conduct pre-construction site visits and confirm measurements

·         Plan schedules, order materials coordinate deliveries

·         Handle permits, zoning and inspections

·         Direct crews and subcontractors day to day on the jobs you manage

·         Ensure quality through out project build

·         Keep homeowners informed and manage change orders

·         Keep every job on budget

Who you are

Required

·         Result driven professional with 7+ years in professional residential remodeling industry, 2+ supervising as proven project manager

·         Hands-on trade experience, detail oriented, and organized

·         Local permit and code knowledge

·         Strong scheduling, budgeting and communication skills

·         Proficient with CRM, Excel, Apps, other software

·         Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

·         Kitchen, bath, basement finishing, or deck experience

·         OSHA, Lead-Safe (RRP) 

Physical requirements: walk job sites, climb ladders, work in basements and outdoors, and lift up to 50 lb.
