Job Description:

Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring Deburr / Grinder Operators for manufacturing opportunities in the Tulsa area. This position involves removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from machined metal parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

We are looking for dependable individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools in a manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined metal parts.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic grinders, deburring tools, and finishing pads.
• Smooth and finish metal surfaces according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
• Record completed work using basic computer systems as trained.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and grinding equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts based on availability.
