Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who know how to build customer relationships, work leads, follow up, and close deals.

If you have dealership sales experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow your income while representing established automotive brands, we'd like to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process

  • Present and demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives

  • Respond to Internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic

  • Set appointments and consistently follow up with prospective buyers

  • Prospect for new customers and generate referrals

  • Negotiate and close vehicle sales

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up

  • Work with Sales Management and Finance to complete transactions

  • Deliver a professional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous automotive dealership sales experience

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales

  • Strong prospecting, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Familiarity with dealership CRM systems and Internet leads

  • Self-motivation, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset

  • Valid driver's license

  • Availability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
