We are searching for the right Automotive Service Advisor. You will be responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Your duties will include greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the employer’s range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle’s repair status. Qualifications: Customer Intake: Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and document symptoms clearly. Estimates & Invoicing: Prepare repair orders by estimating labor, parts, and timelines. Explain necessary maintenance versus urgent repairs in easy-to-understand terms. Communication: Update customers throughout the repair process, seek approval for additional costs, and explain the final bill upon vehicle pickup.  Technician Coordination: Relay client concerns to mechanics, monitor repair progress, and ensure deadlines are met based on shop capacity.  Sales & Retention: Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance, promote parts/accessories, and handle customer complaints professionally.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical parties. Organization: Ability to multitask, schedule appointments, and manage multiple vehicles at once. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems, warranty policies, and repair procedures. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, resolve disputes, and maintain long-term client relationships.
