Lead an Elevated Hospitality Experience

375 Reserve is an upscale Fine Wine & Spirits Bar scheduled to open in December 2026 in JFK Terminal 4, designed for travelers seeking a premium dining and beverage experience before takeoff. Featuring curated wines, premium spirits, handcrafted cocktails, artisanal charcuterie, elevated small plates, and chef-inspired menu offerings, 375 Reserve combines sophisticated hospitality with the energy of one of the world's busiest international airports.

We're seeking a hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to help launch and lead this exciting new concept. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about exceptional guest experiences, team development, food and beverage excellence, and operational leadership.

What You'll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the operation, including:

• Leading daily front-of-house and bar operations
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service recovery
• Coaching, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team
• Driving sales and profitability while managing labor and costs
• Upholding premium food, beverage, and presentation standards
• Managing beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Training associates on wine, spirits, cocktails, and guest engagement
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and airport regulations
• Maintaining a polished and welcoming environment for travelers and guests
• Serving as a hands-on leader who supports the team during peak periods

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality management experience
• Proven success leading front-of-house operations and developing teams
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance
• Passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, wine bar, cocktail lounge, hotel, or airport dining environments
• Strong wine, spirits, and craft cocktail knowledge
• Opening team or new concept experience
