EAC Heating & Air is looking for an HVAC professional who has hands-on experience and is ready to continue building their skills in residential service.

For more than 30 years, we've built our reputation by taking care of homeowners and supporting the people who serve them. We're looking for someone with a foundation in heating and cooling who can handle routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and straightforward repairs while continuing to develop their diagnostic abilities with support from the team.

You don't have to know how to solve every complex HVAC problem on your own. We're interested in someone dependable who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow into a more capable service technician over time.

Your Responsibilities

You'll help maintain and service heating and cooling systems throughout the local area, handling work that matches your current skill level while continuing to develop your technical abilities.

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Troubleshoot common heating and cooling issues
• Complete straightforward repairs and replace components as appropriate
• Assist with identifying equipment problems and determining next steps on more challenging calls
• Explain basic system conditions and completed work to homeowners
• Follow established service procedures and safety practices
• Document completed work and recommendations accurately
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and properly maintained
• Learn from feedback and build confidence handling a broader range of service calls

More complex diagnostic issues can be supported by the team as you continue developing your skills and experience.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of hands-on HVAC experience in maintenance, service, or installation
• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and handle straightforward repairs
• Willingness to learn and improve diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable work habits and attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to quality workmanship and a positive customer experience
• EPA certification is preferred
• Additional certifications and experience with ServiceTitan are a plus
