Help residents put their recovery goals into practice at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to provide skilled nursing rehabilitation, working under the supervising Physical Therapist to build residents' abilities with everyday movement.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prescribed physical therapy interventions within each resident's established plan of care.

• Guide strengthening, balance, and endurance activities that support functional mobility.

• Practice walking, bed mobility, and transfers with residents using appropriate assistance and equipment.

• Reinforce safe movement habits and instructions for prescribed mobility devices.

• Observe symptoms, participation, and treatment tolerance, communicating relevant changes to the PT.

• Complete clear treatment documentation and coordinate mobility recommendations with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license.

• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and resident-specific precautions.

• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.
