Put Your Experience to Work

You'll handle commercial HVAC and refrigeration service calls across the region, diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping customers' equipment running reliably.

Your work will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identifying equipment deficiencies and recommending appropriate repairs
• Explaining findings and repair options to customers
• Completing digital work orders and service documentation
• Coordinating with dispatch and the service team while managing your calls independently

You'll have the autonomy to use your technical judgment, with an experienced team available when you need support.

What You Bring

We're looking for a technician who knows the trade, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently handle commercial service work.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders
• Professional communication skills and a dependable approach to field service
