Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team!

Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT

Available Positions & Schedules:

Position 1 – LPN

• Every Other Weekend

• 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position 2 – LPN

• Every Other Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Every Other Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Every Other Weekend: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position 3 – LPN

• Every Other Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Every Other Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Every Other Weekend: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN Supervisor.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort.

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut LPN license.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be available to work the assigned schedule, including every other weekend.
