Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Rehabilitation team!

Position: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT

We are looking for caring and motivated CNAs who are passionate about helping residents recover, regain independence, and receive exceptional care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and other care needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and rehabilitation staff to support residents' recovery goals.

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Nurse Aide License.

• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
