Machine Operator
Sanford, Maine
FULL_TIME | USD 25.00 - 35.00 HOUR

Description

Rubb designs and manufactures fabric buildings for a wide range of applications. From the structural steel frame to the finished fabric cover, our buildings are made by a team of skilled people who take pride in quality, craftsmanship, and creating products built to perform.

As a Structural Steel Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in creating the steel framework that forms the backbone of Rubb’s buildings. Working as part of our manufacturing team, you’ll operate machinery and equipment used to cut, shape, and prepare structural steel components for our buildings.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where accuracy, quality, and attention to detail matter. You’ll work with steel and production equipment to turn raw materials into finished components and see the results of your work become part of a completed structure.

Experience with machine operation, metal fabrication, or manufacturing is a plus, but it isn’t the only thing we’re looking for. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, and motivated to learn, we encourage you to apply. On-the-job training may be available for candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and approach to the work.

If you enjoy working with machinery, learning new skills, solving problems, and seeing tangible results from your work, this could be a great opportunity to build your skills while helping create products that are built to last.
