The Manager will lead supplier due diligence activities, risk assessments, supplier engagement programs, audit remediation efforts, ESG monitoring, and compliance initiatives. The position plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks while supporting the organization's commitments to sustainability, human rights, supplier impact, and responsible business practices.
This position requires strong data management and analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and database tools, to support reporting, compliance tracking, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and accountability.
