Number 10 Internship | Be a Playmaker

The Number 10 Internship is our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in sports and entertainment. Inspired by fútbol’s No. 10, the visionary, creator and playmaker, our interns gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration and full immersion in the Club’s day-to-day. It’s an opportunity to learn, contribute and make an impact while building your career in the game.

Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Partnership Development to work on a wide range of projects and events related to Partnership Development. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various projects and in the completion of special projects as delegated by the Partnership Development team.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with prospecting and developing new business partnerships to accomplish team sales goals. 
• Assist Manager with creating and organizing sales presentations. 
• Assist with matchday duties for all home games, as delegated. 
• Support the creation of reports and summaries of key findings from secondary and primary research. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on business initiatives. 
• Responds to all staff and employment inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 
• Performs organizational and special projects as assigned. 
• Assist Partnership Activation and Business Intelligence with special projects. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus 
• Passion for fútbol is a plus

Schedule: Part-time, fewer than 20 hours per week
