  • Partner with project controls teams to monitor scope, schedule, cost, risk, and overall project performance against project requirements and metrics.
  • Assist with contractor schedule reviews and coordination of milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and upcoming activities.
  • Support risk management efforts, including risk identification, workshops, mitigation planning, documentation, ownership tracking, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with change management activities by tracking potential changes, coordinating schedule and cost impact evaluations, and maintaining documentation.

Reporting & Project Administration

  • Support project document and information management processes, including correspondence, transmittals, deliverables, collaboration platforms, and document control.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project communications that provide insight into project health, progress, risks, decisions, and upcoming priorities.
  • Help manage workload and coordinate deliverables to ensure work is completed in alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Support project reviews and assist with contract and financial management activities in coordination with project, operational, accounting, and business leadership teams.
