Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time

Fusion Home Services is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!
We are a locally owned and operated company specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical, and Insulation services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule service appointments and book jobs.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate business and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding services and appointments.
- Assist with office paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Work closely with our technicians and office team to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.

Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) is a plus.

Experience using ServiceTitan software is highly preferred.
Position Details:
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
