The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas to maintain a safe and orderly kitchen environment.

This is a full or part time position with morning, night, and weekend availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
• Assist with basic food preparation and handling as needed.
• Stock food, utensils, and supplies in designated storage and service areas.
• Sweep, scrub, and clean kitchen floors and work surfaces.
• Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage cans; sort and remove trash to designated disposal areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as required.
• Follow all department standards, safety guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
