What you will do:

QXO is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined book of SMB customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.

• Manage and deepen relationships with assigned customers• Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions• Own the virtual sales cycle from discovery through follow-up• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand share of wallet• Partner with branches and field teams to support customer success

What you will bring:

• 2–3 years of inside/virtual sales or account management experience• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM)• Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX
