Interoceanic Corporation (IOC) is a diversified group of businesses spanning industrial chemicals, fertilizers, logistics, lawn and garden products, ice melt, and private investments. We combine established industry experience with an entrepreneurial approach to business growth. Employees work across different companies and functions and have opportunities to contribute beyond a narrow job description.
Position Overview

- Credit risk and customer analysis: Monitor credit limits, outstanding exposures, and payment performance; analyze overdue balances and behavior trends; help prepare credit review reports and recommendations under established approval procedures.
- Leadership reporting: Prepare clear reporting for senior management, including the CEO, on customer payment behavior, emerging risks, and significant issues requiring attention.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work with Finance, Treasury, Sales, Legal, and Operations to resolve open issues and keep information moving.
- Agreements and corporate controls: Track commercial agreements, renewals, obligations, and compliance requirements; maintain customer, vendor, lease, charter, trademark, and patent records and coordinate specialized review as appropriate.
- Reporting and process improvement: Create dashboards, exception logs, and tracking tools; support contract-management software, automated alerts, and improved workflows.

- Confidence asking questions, identifying concerns, and communicating findings.
