What You'll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fall River location
- Coach, develop, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians
- Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture
- Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and overall shop performance
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, car count, ARO, labor productivity, and customer experience
- Ensure customers receive honest, professional, and consistent service
- Support Service Advisors with repair recommendations, estimates, and customer communication
- Oversee workflow and help maximize technician productivity
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring and team development
- Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow repeat and referral business
- Ensure the shop maintains high standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and quality
- Work closely with company leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience preferred
- RO Writer experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive repair shop operations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience managing shop performance and key metrics
- Ability to build trust with both customers and employees
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment
- Bilingual applicants are welcome
