Pay

• Starting pay from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour
• Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months
• Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
