What You’ll Do:

• Secure financing options for our customers through top-tier lenders
• Present value-driven F&I products (service contracts, GAP, protection plans, etc.) with full transparency
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (we do it the right way — always)
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, timely deal flow and a high-caliber guest experience
• Drive performance on PVR, product penetration, and contract-in-transit targets

What You Bring:

• Proven track record in automotive finance (3+ years required)
• Deep knowledge of F&I products, lenders, and compliance best practices
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can educate without pressure
• Tech-savvy with DMS, CRM, and lender portals
• Professionalism, urgency, and a customer-obsessed mindset
