JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active WV license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in CRNA

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, thoracic, pediatrics, neuro, cardiac, and endoscopy.
• Work primarily at Memorial Hospital Main ORs, with flexibility to work at other hospitals within the system.
• Manage anesthesia for all age groups (neonates to geriatrics), both inpatient and outpatient.
• Maintain flexible schedule with 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts, including weekend availability as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications and WV licensure.
