About the Role As our temporary Medical Clerk, you will work in our Wellness Clinic with a team of medical professional to support the health and wellbeing of our student population. While providing administrative and clinical medical services for the Wellness Department, you are also a mentor to our students ages 16-24 as they train for careers and gain independence. This position is to cover for a period of 8-12 weeks. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties: Answering the phone, greeting visitors and patients, scheduling appointments processing and distributing mail, preparing reports and maintaining medical records and related files. Cursory medical tasks: Based on your experience and qualifications you may be tasked with measuring/monitoring vital signs, recording patient history, performing basic lab tests, collecting lab specimens and other authorized medical tasks as requested. Support & Mentor Students: Assist students appointment scheduling, travel coordination, and understanding medical insurance while modeling excellent professional success standards. Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with all Center functions to deliver superior customer service.
