Part-Time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist ($20–$21/hr, Flexible Hours)

Do you like solving problems, following through and getting paid what’s owed? Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a part-time Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist for our Kansas City headquarters. You’ll make sure our completed roofing projects get paid by working with insurance companies, homeowners and our Project Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with insurance companies on pending payments for completed projects
• Act as the go-between for Project Managers, insurance companies and homeowners
• Set up payment plans with homeowners when needed
• Find hard-to-reach debtors and start the recovery process
• Keep clear, accurate records of all communications and transactions
• Help with related back-office work such as invoicing and permits/licensing
• Take on other duties as assigned

• $20–$21 per hour
• Part-time, in-office schedule: Monday–Friday, 25–30 hours a week, with flexible hours

Requirements

You’ll do well here if you:

• Bring a positive, can-do attitude

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable or insurance claims
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (G Suite)
